SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At FitNation we ship throughout Colombia.

1. Coverage: We only ship domestically 🇨🇴.

2. Delivery times: Between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the destination city and the carrier.

3. Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on purchases over $200,000 COP.

4. Allied transport companies: We use nationally recognized services (Servientrega, Coordinadora, Interrapidísimo or other available).

5. Tracking: Once the order has been dispatched, we will send the tracking number to the email address registered with the purchase.

We want your shopping experience to be safe and secure.

1. Deadline: You can request an exchange or return within 5 business days of delivery.

2. Conditions: The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and with a purchase invoice.

3. Exceptions: For hygiene and health regulations, returns of opened supplements or products on sale/clearance are not accepted.

5. Shipping costs: If the exchange or return is not due to our error, the customer assumes the cost of shipping.
